Points expire after 1 year and your VIP Tier is determined by the number of points earnt over the year regardless of what has been spent.
Whatever VIP Tier you get at the end of the year you keep for the next year along with all its rewards and perks. At the end of the year your VIP Tier is again determined based on points from the entire year.
You can move thru multiple VIP Tiers in a year, each time you reach a new tier in the year those perks automatically commence.
Coupons have a Unique generated code and expire after 6 months and cannot be regenerated.
Currently there is space for 1 dog birthday in the system - we are working on a solution for multi dog households
